Silent Goodbyes: The Power of Unspoken Words

 Leaving silent, without a word,

A quiet goodbye, so much unheard.

Where feelings smolder, still they burn,

In hearts that wait but never turn.

No final words to ease the ache,

Just echoes in a quiet wake.

A parting cold, so deep, so still,

Where wounds remain, yet time won’t heal.

The silence screams what words can’t say,

A shadow stretching through the day.

Unspoken truths, like burning coal,

Ignite the scars inside the soul.

Yet in this silence, strong and wide,

A hidden strength begins to bide.

For healing starts where silence ends,

And broken hearts begin to mend.

A lone figure stands on a winding dirt path, facing away, under the shadow of a leafless tree. The landscape is bathed in muted tones of brown and gray, evoking solitude and quiet reflection as the evening sky darkens.
