Tangled in Stardust
Your heart is tangled in mine
as if carved from the same stardust,
formed beneath the hush of the same sky
Across the stretch of stars and centuries,
we find each other, life after life,
drawn by something older than memory
How else could I explain
this aching familiarity,
this gravity pulling me toward you
as if the universe whispers your name?
I feel your touch in my stillness,
your scent in the wind I cannot catch,
and the strands of your hair
woven through my thoughts
like golden threads from another time
We keep meeting
through distance, through lifetimes,
across galaxies and forgotten dreams,
until one day,
in one life,
we will stay.
We will stay.
